Awesome stay

Their services were satisfactory. Although our stay was short, we were still able to experience the quality of their service. The staff were accommodating and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience during our stay.

You Get What You Pay For, I Guess!

One elevator wasn’t working, and there were approximately 14 steps up to the working elevator. We are both disabled. 2 coffees for 2 nights stay. Not enough towels and washcloths. 1 garbage pail! The staff were great. I think this hotel needs a major overhaul.

Should change the name to Staff Hotel

It’s the employees that make the place a great place to stay. The owner should invest in them. Let’s be honest it’s not the nicest hotel but all the staff make up for all the physical inconsistency of the hotel. They should change the name to Staff Hotel because with out them it’s just a big older house

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at

Worst hotel I have eger stayed at. All the ice machines were broken, the room had no climate control at all you couldnt control the heat. The front desk people were extremely rude. You couldnt access the hotel from the keycard pads anywhere except the front desk. So you would have to park in the back of the hotel and walk all the way to the front then all the way down 6 flights of stairs and 18hallways to get to your room. The hotel was almost all underground and felt like a dungeon
