The location for the hotel is perfect. Close to the main attractions and has easy access to the subway. The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent(varies every day) and the laundry room worked well for us after the hot humid days in seoul. Would absolutely stay here again!

8/10 Very good

Great location, clean, very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good value. Great to have laundry onsite. The bathroom was so weird with the glass wall between bathroom and bedroom being basically see through. Had to arrange inconvenient out of room times so my daughters could shower with some measure of privacy. What’s the deal with the see-through glass?

Great stay at a great location! Staff was very nice and helpful. We came as a group of 4 families with young children and a baby and they were able to accommodate us all staying on the same floor. Rooms were nice and spacious. Laundry services and free water and vending machines and gym available.

We enjoyed 5 nights in a Superior Twin room which was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was in a superb location for experiencing the May weekend annual Buddhist Cultural Lotus Lantern festival. It's also easy to walk or catch public transport to many attractions and restaurants.

8/10 Very good

Very well located near Gyeongbukgung Palace, Myeong dong, and Insadong. Our room for 3 was comfortable and clean. The beds were nice and we slept well. I think there might have been an issue with the HVAC system but it wasn't a major issue. The laundry room was on our floor so it was very convenient.
