Stayed here for 2 nights separated by one while we visited Normandie. Great front desk service with English fluent. $55.00 taxi ride from CDG. Typical small European room but comfortable and clean. No air conditioning as it had been colder recently so the whole hotel had it turned off. Opened windows for air flow. The first night we had a room on the back of the hotel and it was sufficient. However, our second night we had a room facing the main street and it was very loud with traffic noise. We had breakfast included one morning and enjoyed coffee, cappuccinos, European breakfast with meat and cheese and scrambled eggs. Near many restaurants, shops and the Pantheon.

I booked the hotel based on the positive reviews but my own experience was not pleasant. My room has old dirty carpet smell. Especially when I sleep on the bed. The smell was so bad that kept me awake so I have to switch to another end. Service was ok, they will watch you leave with luggage but not open and hold the door for you. So I feel this hotel is more like a 3 star instead of 4. Good thing is the shower was pretty powerful.

Very clean. Friendly staffs. Free wifi included, but wifi works only when I am nearby the door of my room. This becomes very inconvenient since I cannot use my laptop with wifi while sitting on bed. My room is facing the street, there would be some noise whenever a car pass by. This is a little bit annoying for me since I get used to a very quiet environment when I sleep. It may not be an issue for someone get used to live in a city.
