Comfortable room with balcony and outdoor seating. However accessibility an issue as the elevator down. To the dining building was not working so there’s 30 stairs to dining room. Also the other restaurants affiliated with the all-in were dining stations off site, requiring a shuttle and we weren’t allowed to take out for the member of our party who found stairs challenging. We felt dining elsewhere and bringing our own groceries for breakfast and lunch would be better value. Pillows were comfy, views from apartment excellent, staff friendly.

Cannot fault this hotel. Brilliant staff, friendly helpful, couldn't be more accommodating. Indoor pool super open until 9pm. I was here on my own in December for a pre Christmas holiday in sun and felt totally safe. Walkable along promenade to old town. Would be back again!

Hotel room larger than normal with great views. Only downside is that there were no usb sockets. BUT cannot criticise too much. Breakfast lovely and surroundings were great. Pool was large and area clean. Only there for a long weekend, but we had good weather in between minor drops of rain. Look forward to staying there again

Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant. Even when we had issues with the light in the room, it was promptly dealt with. Ok, food options were slightly limited but we had 5 different restaurant options which meant we were not bored. The location is fab and met our needs. Cleaning was on point and staff were very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again. 😊

Disappointing

Hotel is jaded and needs updating. I booked 2 double bedrooms which in the photo looked like they had been recently renovated but got 2 apartments which were outdated. However due to all the extra space decided to stay in apartments. Staff in restaurant do not have tables ready at breakfast or lunch so people are walking around looking for knives, forks, etc. No holiday or good atmosphere in the building. The only ‘life’ is by the pool, which was heated with diving area and slides for children. Recommend the pool. Special themed restaurants are also boring .. no atmosphere and again tables not laid or ready for customers. These are booked in advance so there is no excuse for lack of preparation. Location of restaurants Muthu Garden is cheap and low class
