I found all the other views to be misleading!and their website!, my biggest complaint was the food. They cater to the English which I found to be very bland. this resort claimed to have fresh local source food and to pamper you every bit of the way ,a (superior experience) Which is definitely not true,!!!! Never received avocados, papayas All the fruit is usually put into smoothies, The bloody Mary’s are the worst, The steak is horrible. The pork is tough, The website video is very misleading. I never sent so many meals back, also You never receive all your food at the same time.The real problem here is management! they are not trained correctly , I would always be coming back to this island because the people are wonderful and it’s a safe island , when this resort stops catering just to the English , and rotate the menu give more options , train the chefs in the staff better I will be back, for the price , you should have the experience they claim they deliver, which is not true, Read the reviews very carefully the devil is in the detail! from Gianna New York.

Outstanding resort! The service was spectacular - the staff was professional and fun. Everyone was friendly and treated us like honored guests. The setting is incredible. I walked out of my room - going straight I was 50 feet from the ocean. Going right I was 20 feet from the restaurant and bar. Going left I was 50 feet from our assigned Bali Bed on the beach. Food and drinks was amazing. A wonderful place to stay. Could not recommend it enough!

The whole resort is built in very dark wood which made everywhere slightly gloomy. The outside showers were poorly lit so it was difficult to destinguish the different bottles of gel/shampoo/conditioner. The bar staff were quite characterless & slightly grumpy. The beach was beautiful and the food was very nice.
