Out dated, no extra blanket...would not get us extra coffee cups or extra coffee pods, for we stayed almost a week. All else was okay. Easy to find.

Clean, first and foremost!
Room and bathroom was clean which is the most important, and mostly updated. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, and pillows were lumpy. Bad/ dim lighting in the bathroom.

We didn't even make it out of the lobby. The parking lot is disgusting. Trash all over the place, sketchy people hanging out. The lobby had a foul odor. We will be requesting a refund. We ended up having to stay at another hotel at 3 times the cost. The pictures online are very old. It looks nothing like that.

We had been in a minor accident before arriving at the hotel. I called the hotel a couple of times to relay our ETA. Mr. Patel was so nice every time I called. When we finally got there at 1am, Mr Patel met us smiling and said he had turned on the air conditioning in our rooms so we would be comfortable. The rooms were a little dated but the bed was comfy and the sheets smelled great! We were happy with the accommodations for the price and will stay there again.

I paid in full ahead Of arriving and booked through hotel.com. it took almost an hour for them process a payment through hotels.com I'm not a person that expects a great deal, From a super 8 booking,There was no soap in the bathroom the shower had not being claimed prior to me arriving cars there was hairs and I have pictures in the tub and bathroom area, And people wandering around the parking lot at 2 and 3:00 a.m.. What's really sad in our current situation is that all hotels or offering no services at all but they're still charging what their normal rates would be not just this hotel but all of them I'm on the road for a 120 days each year and I'm finding that throughout the industry

Only had one towel no phone to call to get more it was like they didn’t want us to take a bath no hand towels either just because of the covid 19 I sure hope they change the sheets
