    I had not been told beforehand that I would be charged $32. For parking. Upon registering I was not informed that a free shuttle going within 2 miles of the property was provided to guests. This is definitely a plus and it would have been helpful to know in advance. We enjoyed using it as it was very helpful.

    During these COVID-19 times, I bring my own Clorox wipes and spray to clean before I get comfortable. I can’t believe the dirt and stickiness that I cleaned up! Otherwise everything was fine except the noise from the street. The front desk staff was excellent.

    Horrible Nashville Stay

    It was the worst weekend stay ever..a bug in the room when we got there..the ac was artic or hell..the fridge didn't work and there were about 10 or 15 black curly hairs on the bathroom ceiling..will never stay there again..we cut our stay from 3 days to 2..they didn't charge for the last day which we didn't stay but wouldn't comp anything..didn't tell them about some stuff because we were leaving anyway but my problem was they rented the room to us and I feel they knew the issues with that room when they gave it to us
