Quiet enough room except for the kids running up and down the hall at 1030pm (can only blame the parents). It was clean room and newly painted but there was a mold smell in the room. Front desk staff were excellent.

You get what you pay for it
Well, I wasn’t expecting any luxury and I didn’t get it. I expecting a huge room and I didn’t get it. But I was expecting good service and I got it. I was expecting a clean room/bathroom and I got. I was expecting a comfortable bed and I got it. I can’t comment about breakfast because I didn’t eat at the hotel (by option). Related with the location it can’t be better, it’s extremely well located, 2 min walking from Earl’s Court underground station and tons of cafes/restaurants around and convenience stores. If you look for a good location, nice staff and a good bed to sleep, more than recommended!

Pleasant, modern hotel in a good location
Nice bright modern hotel. Breakfast good for continental, very convenient for the Earls Court station. I don’t normally stay this far west when in London but hotels were exceptionally expensive. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel for the cost. Walls are unfortunately very thin, as meantime’s in some reviews, but there is nothing they can do about that now.

Very good deal though not amazing
My second stay within two months in this typical small London hotel with dovecote-styled rooms. Last time I stayed alone, this time with my spouse. The main issue here is the location, as it is just round the corner from Earl's Court tube station with the Piccadilly line leading from/to Heathrow on the one side and central London on the other, also with the District and Circle lines. In the immediate neighbourhood there are many great ethnic restaurants and good typical London pubs. The hotel is refurbished, clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are tiny as in many London hotels of this grade, but not to the degree of claustrofobia. The elevator is modern, but as it often happens in these Victorian buildings, you will find yourself climbing another half floor or more with your suitcases as the elevator can't reach all the locations. Breakfast is satisfactory. Not cheap but in an area of London where you find all your needs. Very clean and recently refurbished. The free WiFi (a must that I won't compromise on anymore) was strong in both rooms and relatively fast. Overall, it is a very good deal though not amazing.

Great Little Hotel
I stayed here for a few days at a great price. The hallways and room were clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. Breakfast was included, and was nice. Staff were friendly. Conveniently located just around the corner from Earl's Court tube station. I recommend this hotel.
