Spotlessly clean with nice views to the east of the city and lake. Checkin was self-serve but easy. Communication was prompt and friendly. Access to the small balcony was a bonus.

The room was great. 180 degree views of downtown. Floor to ceiling windows plus a big balcony. Of course we went during the coldest time of the year so didn’t get to enjoy it much. Elevators were a little confusing at first but that comes with being on the 41st floor. The unit was clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen table was a little bit in the way and the balcony door did not seal properly so there was outside noise and wind would sometimes cause the gap to close and gently slam. I have no real complaints and enjoyed my stay!

Check-in was clear and easy! Property location is good. Quick walk to the shopping centers and other sightseeing areas. Parking however was hard and expensive for us when we found one. Missed the fact that there was no gym with this property option. Overall, it was OK.

I lived in Toronto for years. I come back to visit every so often. I am familiar with the city, comfortable using transit and I'm not stressed about the sounds of sirens/cars honking. I have booked Panorama Suites twice in the past week. One suite was on the 8th floor and perhaps a little noisy with downtownToronto life (bring earphones if streetcars, sirens or cars honking will interrupt your sleep). The 14th floor suite was quiet. This is my second stay at Panorama Suites. Both suites were impeccably clean. Towels, toiletries and a hair dryer were provided. The kitchen had toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cutlery, plates, wine opener and utensils perfect for a quick stay. The communication was prompt. There is a little bit of a hiccup when checking into the unit as it requires unlocking the key/fob from a realtor lockbox in a task similar to the Amazing Race contestants (finding a lockbox in an area surrounded by many others - some Expedia people might prefer to book a hotel with front desk staff instead). I recommend Panorama Suites. I felt safe and secure in my surroundings. I was able to close the blinds/curtains for a sleep in a darkened room. The bed and linens were comfortable. It's a busy condo building. I would book the unit again on my next visit to Toronto.
