Good shirt to moderate stay location for families
Well located in finance district - clean roomy unit - not plush but clean and comfortable and walkable to most lower Manhattan sites

So so..
Service was excellent, hotel itself was okay. I wouldn’t call it fabulous as the rating suggests.

Friendly staff, good location, OK food, bad room.
Great location. Friendly staff and OK food. Breakfast was OK, my omelette was great but my kids waffles were burnt and very bland. We had a banging noise coming likely from a pump in a utility closet next door - hotel was full so we couldn't move. We all had a very hard time sleeping because of the noise - it never stops. Beds were comfy and the rest of the room was as expected.

Was on 19th floor. Room was more spacious than expected. It was quiet and comfortable. They provide refillable water bottles with water stations on everywhere. Such a great idea when we are being environmentally friendly. More places should take note. They also provide yoga mats in the room and access to workout program. Great idea!! Front staff...Kevin esp was wonderful dn prompt at check in. I missed the wine hour but what a nice touch.

The bathroom ceiling looked like it needed a good scrub as well as greasy fingerprints on the bathroom walls. Everything else was lovely. Staff were great.

World Center Hotel
For the price it’s pretty good and the room was ok, staff was helpful. My room was very spacious, lots of room for open suitcases and bags of stuff bought during our trip. There was no safe in the room which i found a bit strange. The bed’s mattress was definitelty old and sagged towards the middle, it would’ve been nice to have more than one small pillow each. The curtains didnt close all the way, so at the night there would be a stream of light coming in from the corner. The windows were frosted so you couldn’t see out. If you’ll be spending a lot of your time downtown this is a great option, otherwise its a bit out of the way. If you plan on visiting WTC memorial, it’s righy next to the hotel. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
