Great staff, overly warm rooms in poor shape
The service staff is wonderful—friendly and helpful. But the condition of the hotel is getting worse and worse (cabinets that don’t close, blue duct tape holding together wallpaper in the bathrooms. Also, there is no ability to change temperature and rooms are always too hot.

I will stay at the Clinton it was wonderful. The clerk that checked us in was friendly, the room was clean and quaint.

The place is tired but good value
This place is going downhill. They’re trying to get it rezoned and they’re not doing much to it. Still, the people who work there are nice. It’s really safe, and it is within walking distance to a good supermarket and good restaurants and it’s not that expensive. So I’ll keep going there.

I have always stayed at the Clinton inn hotel very nice hotel now it’s almost motel status very run down and dirty the front desk was rarely Manded I wanted to let them know the bathroom was dirty but could not find anyone they forgot to clean the toilet was not cleaned the floor was disgusting and not cleaned rug was dirty everything in it was old

The room was so hot and you couldn’t turn off or make it cooler. The room had to be at least 78-80. Also the pressure in toilet was not good. Didn’t even flush the one piece of toilet paper all the way down.
