Very Good8.0
It's a beautiful house but could use some updating. The grounds are gorgeous. The dining area and the bar area are beautiful rooms. The bedrooms could use some updating.

Nice but really overpriced
Hotel nice and clean but maybe 60% overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast ok but not as good as it could be. Very few facilities and nothing going in walking distance.

Stay here, love and appreciate a gem
Lovely china, super cuisine, incredible personal attention - plus the history (including the General De Gaulle elements like 'his chair'), the gardens with their different walks, the old-world atmosphere -

Not to be missed!!!
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and ate dinner there every night. It was a truly wonderful experience! The rooms are very clean and have their own little sitting area for watching TV or reading. The hotel is furnished with wonderful antiques which help add an extra air of elegance. It Is situated on several acres of gardens, which are a must see. They are truly worth the visit just to walk around the gardens. They also serve lunch and tea and then walk you could walk around. Dinner was all so good.Everything was fresh from local sources or their backyard. I have celiac disease and they had gluten free bread for me and lots of choices for dinner. Everything that we had to eat was fantastic. We were also in luck that for several of the nights that we ate dinner, they had a Harp planing. It is run by a son and his Mother. And they do pay attention to details. It was a delightful stay and we will stay again.
