The rooftop patio had an incredible view of the city. It was the highlight of the property. The rooms were smaller than I expected and not overly clean. The shower did not drain properly and there was some mildew buildup around the tub. The staff were extremely rude when we checked in. Despite being an IHG member I was treated like a second class citizen because I booked through Expedia and not through the hotel directly. Although we were jet legged and had traveled nearly 12 hours they did not grant us an early check in (stating there were no rooms available/clean), yet we sat and watched couple after couple being checked in ahead of us. We were told the rooftop patio closed at 10:30 by the same staff when the rooftop was actually open to hotel guests whenever they wanted- just the bar was unavailable after that time (we learned this from other guests). Overall the customer service was terrible but the location of the hotel was great and we spent very little time in our room. It was just a disappointing beginning to our honeymoon to be treated that way by hotel staff - especially as an IHG member with this chain.

Our room was so-so. Small, of course. The phone didn’t work, the sliding bathroom door malfunctioned and my daughter was locked inside and one of the windows was jammed open. But, a technician appeared very quickly and addressed all of these issues. Very nice young man. We were in Paris for a month and stayed in four different hotels. The lobby in this hotel was the best. I often sat and had a glass of wine in a comfortable chair and watched a video on my iPad, just to get out of the small room. The rooftop is lovely and a wonderful spot to take photos.

Great Hotel! Great Location! Friendly & helpful staff, rooms are small but adequate and clean. View from the roof top lounge is amazing. If I had one negative it was because the room air conditioning was not adequately working. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location
This hotel is perfectly situated right by the Louvre and Notre Dame making Paris adventures really easy! The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and all spoke English. We really enjoyed the terrace off our room!

Excellent location. The view from the balcony was superb. Having inputted some measures to help with the situation, staff were willing to assist where they could (wine glasses required and changing towels every couple of days when we requested) Despite the situation all restaurants in the area were operating well within social distancing measures.
