Underwhelming
We had a fine time, but underwhelming experience for the price. Trip: honeymoon, 7 days, junior suite, mid-June Pros: Great location (by far the best aspect of the hotel), clean, new, nice bar and restaurant (however, you're competing with the public for bar space). Ascetic is very cool (instagramy). Staff was okay (expected better for the price point). Cons: AC would not go lower than 70 degrees. Staff tried to help, but I think the AC is sized to a standard room so the larger suite was not getting cooled down. King bed was really two twins (understandably this is very common in Europe, but my expectation was a king bed for the price point and age of hotel). Overall: I would recommend for a weekend stay in Paris, especially if you're seeking views of the city. However, I would not recommend if you're going for longer than a weekend especially during the summer.
