Okay but wouldn’t stay again
We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. It was privately owned and managed by the standford resort. It was described as a 3 bedroom condo but was one bedroom and a loft and then an adjoining room. The loft had 2 double beds instead of two single beds as listed. There were dirty pans put away that we had to clean before using. Someone left their dirty socks in the washer. The condos are about 2 blocks to the hotel so you have to walk or drive to the pool. Access to the condo is up a long staircase if you have anyone with mobility issues. Overall we enjoyed the stay but the cleaning could definitely have been improved. We wouldn’t stay again for the price paid.

Great restaurant
We stayed here 3 nights to cross country ski in the area. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant is amazing and the staff at the restaurant and hotel are extremely nice. The breakfast was fine, enough to choose from. Close to lots of skiing.

Family condo
We stayed in a three bedroom condo which was one of the best condos we have stayed at in Fernie. The location is right beside a Circle K for incidental items. Since the condo is booked through the hotel we had use of the hotel amenities such as pool and outdoor hot tub. The condo was a lift style with a bedroom with a queen bed and lift with queen and two twins. There was an adjoining room with a queen and separate bathroom. Also the kitchen had a dishwasher full stove fridge and coffee maker and microwave. There was a good supply of dishwater. If there was one suggestion there were no condiments like salt and pepper. Because the code was so well set up we ate all breakfasts and suppers there. fYI you could go to the complimentary breakfast at the hotel if you wanted. As a family of four there was more than enough room. This could easily sleep 8 or two small families.

We stayed for three nights. Overall it was great. The in-room jacuzzi was a nice perk! After the first night by late afternoon our room hadn’t been cleaned. I saw staff in the hallway and asked for what we needed and let them know they didn’t need to clean our room. After the second night, we left our room around 11am. The housekeeping staff was right outside our door. We returned around 2:30 and were surprised that our room hadn’t been cleaned yet. We left again and it had been done by the time we returned later in the evening. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. We suggest that the waffle station is moved out of the corner to ease the congestion from people waiting for their waffles. That area also housed the fridge and main garbage bin. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.
