Ok Hotel
Walked in to our room found the towel bar laying on our bed, went to call the front desk and the phone did not work. They we’re able to fix the phone but not the towel bar. The bed was uncomfortable, no blackout curtains in the room. Only had 2 towels in the room to use plus they were your pool towels also.

Great stay , great size room for our group .My only complaint would be is I had to wash all tables and counters off in all rooms. They were dirty as was some of the dishes in the room as well.

We loved staying here, super quiet considering being mostly full during our stay. Clean and comfortable, roomy with a large couch and king bed. A special thanks to the staff member who was able to round up a tool for us to borrow for a repair on our car. Very much appreciated ur willingness to help. Glenwood Springs is a beautiful area and we were blessed to watch an eagle fly in front of us 4x’s near No Name. Drove to Aspen and Snowmass for gondola rides and hiking. Thanks to all the businesses and local people for caring about our health & well-being. We will absolutely stay here again...soon hopefully.

The hotel was OK. Not very clean and not enough staff, which I understand in the current times and situation. The one thing that really bothered me though is that they are not following the state-mandated required wearing of masks. They do have a sign up at the door, but most people are not wearing masks and the staff is doing nothing about it. Therefore, it is not a safe place to stay right now.

eghhh. It was ok.
Great hotel and location. Just a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the room. HVAC vents were really dusty. Carpet was dirty and the tub drained very slow.
