Pleasant Stay Soured: Merchant Kept Damage Deposit

DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is wonderful. The merchant said that my damage deposit was refunded and it was not. I have had to dispute the charge on my card. I took a video of the apartment when I left to show it in perfect condition, so that is not it. Sadly, theft of $500 cannot overcome the pleasant stay I had while I was in Toronto for hospital appointments.

Stayed here for a birthday getaway and it was home for days. Property owner was very nice, professional, responsive, and the crown of it was the tower view. Overall, enjoyed my stay in a great location surrounded by shopping, eateries, grocery, and so much more. Just a walking distance once you get out to walk too. If you love shopping or looking for a cozy high class stay then this property is the place.

I really enjoyed the apartment’s fantastic view and convenient location. There was some confusion on my part at first (I thought I was looking for a hotel, not an individual rental apartment), but the folks who met me and got me settled in were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything worked out well. The pros : very clean centrally located, close to the subway , love the extra space of an apartment as opposed to a sm hotel room. The cons : we were a bit concerned when asked to text our picture I’d to the property manager. We were under the impression this would be handled in person when we arrived at the property? The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. No Kleenex provided . Over all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again . We do recommend this property

Our host really made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bed and pillows were amazing, and I am very fussy when it comes to these things. The location is very central......we walked all over the city and took the odd Uber that was very affordable. We always felt safe walking around the neighbourhood. The building also has 24hour security. I would definitely stay here again
