We found the hotel staff polite, friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the room amenities (although an in room coffee/tea service would have been a nice addition) and condition. Located some distance from the airport and the main downtown core of Dubai, so a rental car seems to be a necessity.

Lovely room- super comfortable bed
We were here for our first night in Dubai- we had an apt booked for rest of the week. We arrived at night after a long day of travelling. The front desk staff were so nice and check in was a breeze. We were traveling as a family and booked the family apt which included a King and Queen bed. Although we were only there one night- we could have easily stayed a week or more in that room. It was spacious and provided everything we needed. We spent some time at the pool which was amazing, water was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in Dubai I different hotels for the last number of years this hotel is in a great location has great service. The only think that was a bit disappointing was the pool it was a bit small. But everything else was great.
