Good Hotel
This is a good hotel. Nothing too fancy but great price, friendly staff, and 2 minutes to the Toyota Center. I would stay here again.

Awesome little room close enough to walk
Very nice people, friendly, small. They lock the doors at night so you have to use your room key to get in the building. All rooms are up stairs, I don't know if they have an elevator. Small but cozy room. Have sink refrigerator and stove in kitchen area. Small 2 person table.

Convenient for the Toyota Center!
The neighborhood is downtown so not the most safe looking space to be. But the actual room in the hotel? It was very homey with a quaint country Inn flare! We loved the room! And the kitchen area was well stocked for someone that might need to stay in the area for a week or so... and very clean! The staff were friendly. We chose this property due to location to the Toyota Center and price compared to other close properties. And we would definitely stay at this property again. One problem to share? The parking for the property is paid parking and two blocks away. That was awkward. Parking is available close but close lots have parking meters that must be reset every 3 hours.

I did not like the way the parking lot was a few blocks away, especially when there's a large lot right next to the hotel. Hotel seemed dirty. My key stopped working several hours before checkout, and when I approach the front desk to ask for help, an employee rudely said "It's because it's checkout time."
