Beautiful views, great location, w/ice bath
The location was absolutely superb. You can walk out the front of the hotel and you're just a block from the WTC, a few blocks from the Battery/Castle Clinton, and the same goes for Wall Street and pretty much anything in lower Manhattan. The location absolutely cannot be beat, and the views are incredible. I had a premium corner king room, which was very spacious and I had good views of NY Harbor. Air con/heat was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem I had during this trip was with the hot water. On two out of three days I was there....I had no hot water whatsoever. The entire building didn't, apparently, because everyone was grumbling about it in the elevator/lobby.

Loved my time here! The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Sherrel at the front desk. I cannot say that I enjoyed NYC but coming back to this hotel after a long day felt like I was coming home. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and I always felt safe. If I ever visit this city again I am definitely staying here.
