We stayed here a couple years ago. The hotel has went down hill. Furniture in the room needs replaced the arms of the chair was wore out. The TV in the room didn't work. However the bed was comfortable. I also feel like this area of the city has diminished as well.

Dog barking not remedied by motel.
There was a dog barking incessantly. Owners should have taken it out to their car. No note was made to us in the morning from management saying what they did to remedy the situation or to apologize for the long lasting annoyance.

Staff was unprofessional rude and didn’t where mask. There was a lot of homeless people in the lobby and hanging around the property

Disappointing
I’ve stayed at numerous Candlewood suites hotels and this one was more disappointing. It looks worn overall and the bathtub has worn spots that can be easily fixed but aren’t.

Filthy
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Had it not been so late I would have demanded a refund and stayed somewhere else. The room and the hall were filthy. The phone didn’t work. The furniture was well worn. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. I will mark this one off my list.

Except for the ratty armchair, everything was comfortable and neat. The parking lot was a little tight to get a pickup in, but was well lighted.

Safety Concerns
When we pulled in we were not sure we were going to stay. The outside atmosphere was concerning to our safety. We did end up staying and the front desk was kind. The first floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We endured the smell until the top floor. Once in our room, the room was clean and comfortable. We will not stay here again because of the outside atmosphere and concern for safety. The parking lot is shared with Quality Inn. We were not sure all the activities involving the parking lot were legal.

The chair in the room is peeling leather the carpet had candle wax/something on it the dishes was cluttered in the dishwasher the ice maker on fridge didn't work the bed comforter had stains and car playing loud music in parking lot all night threw morning
