They assigned us room 104,Immediately we walk in and the toilet seat was filthy and also the tub,with mildew on the walls,Nasty,But the shift manager took care of everything and put us in room 106,and even though it has some mildew in the shower corner it was acceptable to stay for a few days.The left entrance side door was insecure cause any outsider could go in without a key.No one came to fix it in the time that I was there.The luggage cart need immediate replacement cause they are 3 pieces of junk,My opinion is that a supervisor from Best Western should visit their properties more often to address issues that need to be taking care,I caught the night manager sleeping in the lobby twice,I wouldn’t stay in Harrisburg Best Western Hotel never again ,Thanks
