Everything is run down and needs some updating. There was no pool service and most sun beds didn’t even have mattresses. The towels in the rooms really need binning they are that old and crusty! The room itself is very tired looking with an odd smell. The air con seemed to not work so well in the middle of the night either.

My stay with my daughter was great. The room is spacious. Food is delicious especially Prego, the Italian restaurant. The only thing which needs improvement is the shower, the water speed is very slow.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach. The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down.

We got to the hotel early around 1. Check in was at 3 so we decided to grab lunch and wait. When check-in arrived they still didn’t have our room ready and we had to wait another hour before they upgraded our room for us. After the frustration was over, when we walked in the room it was absolutely stunning. View was amazing. There’s not a lot of things to do around the hotel. You’ll need to take a taxi to the old town. But the hotel itself is very peaceful.
