When the meal arrived it cam in a paper bag in a foam box with no plates or cutlery. If I had known I would have ordered Uber Eats and had a better experience. Will not return to this venue again.

My only comment would be that the staff on reception could be a little more friendly. The app used to book our stay has no relevance to anything. We weren't asked how our stay went. Also, the room service could be upgraded. I received completely the wrong order. We could have ordered uber eats in.
