Great location for JR pass holders
Very clean and comfortable. Great location and close to JR Yurakucho station. Lots of restaurants and izakayas nearby. Very walkable to Ginza for shopping. Also walkable to the the Tokyo International Forum and Shake Shack if you're craving a quality burger. Loved the massage chair in the room.

Great stay
The room was small but very modern, bright and clean. There was a massage chair in the room, and it was awesome to have a massage after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The location is great! Breakfast was included. Overall, loved our stay there.

What service?
The good The location and cleanliness are the ONLY things that save this hotel. It's close to bars, restaurants, metro, and shopping. The bad The service was actually abysmal. When we checked in we were greeted nice enough but when we asked for recommendation of a restaurant nearby we were just given an area map with no recommendation. When we asked about breakfast later on in the week the front desk tried a quick Google search and afterwards and said that they couldn't find anything after five minutes of waiting... When we asked the front desk for more bottles of water they notified us that the first two were free but thereafter you had to pay for them. When I called down to the front desk to ask for an iron they notified me that I'd have to come get it myself despite the 10 people standing behind the counter. Lastly when we asked for a late check out since our flight was a little later (we asked for like an hour or two) they notified us that it was possible at the surcharge cost of 1000 yen per hour. The room was also small. We barely had enough room for our suitcase and resulted in us constantly tripping over the furniture and ourselves. We expected Small rooms in Asia but not as small as this. Ultimately we ended up moving hotels. The service sucks. The room is most definitely not big enough for two people and maybe just big enough for one. The only reason to stay at this hotel is the location.

Perfect location in the city centre
For tourists the location is simply wonderful! It's close to pretty much everything (less than five minute walk) including the Empirical Palace, Ginza, Tokyo Station, theatres and tons of restaurants. Subway and train stations are nearby. The room is very, very clean and very, very small.

In the centre of the city, but noisy and too small
Very small room, was hard to maneuver between the furniture. The hotel is too close to railways, so noise was a problem.
