One of the most well-kept hotels!!!!
The upkeep of this hotel was topnotch. Our room was one of the most well-kept we have stayed in, in a while. I did feel their could have been more of a variety for breakfast, but I understand Covid restrictions may have played a part in selections; they did offer fresh cookies during our checkout. I would definitely give the highest rating for this hotel & will definitely stay here again if traveling to the Mobile/ Saraland area!

Double check special requests with specific hotel
Because of medical reasons, we needed a late check-out of 1:00 p.m. Online reservation rep assured us "no problem and no extra charge". However, desk clerk at the hotel told us latest check-out was 12 noon, even when I told her about my conversation with the online rep. We managed this but when we tried to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I waited nearly 10 minutes until one of the housekeeping staff was able to get someone to the desk for me. In addition, breakfast hours were limited to 6 - 8 a.m. --- early for anyone wanting to sleep in for an extra hour.
