Hotel guest checkin person, name is Adam, was incredibly helpful, a pleasant person to talk and interact with~ late night but he was energetic and helpful~ the hotel is gorgeous and romantic in a fairytale way~ the tablet as a tv remote was awesome, great shower head, water pressure, bed was so comfortable and the linen and towels high quality, food is delicious, plenty of seating everywhere, pool is like a hidden gem, so soothing and calming, so clean and that water fountain is one of the most beautiful things ever, getting to walk right into epic was a dream come true, I have zero complaints! It’s amazing to visit, even if you’re not staying there~ the drinks were even amazing~ just perfect and I can’t wait to stay again really soon!!

Helios Grand was spotless and really well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Universal’s Epic Universe. The convenience alone made the stay worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely a great choice if you’re visiting the park.

Fantastic and beautiful hotel! Can’t beat it if you’re wanting to visit Epic Universe. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. No complaints! My room was nice and quiet as well which is a nice change from other Universal hotels, which I find important when going on theme park vacations so you get good sleep to wake up early.

We had a wonderful stay! We chose this hotel to celebrate our children’s birthdays, and seeing how much they enjoyed the experience made it truly special for our family. The location and direct access to the park were a huge advantage. Being able to enjoy the park, come back to the hotel to rest and recharge, and then easily return to the park made our days so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the pool was fantastic — our kids absolutely loved it. Everything came together perfectly for the birthday celebration we had hoped for. We left with great memories and two very happy kids, which was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the parks!

Beautiful new clean hotel. Proximity the epic is absolutely incredible. Staff were very helpful. I noticed that the check-in desk seemed a little bit small. I’m not sure how they’re gonna be able to keep up with large groups checking in at the same time (would seem some of the Concierge facilities, which I assume they use the sell. Tickets would be better suited as check-in desks. Parking was expensive but very close and it was easy to get a spot and access the lobby. We didn’t get a chance to trap the pool, which seems to be located a little bit of ways from the main building. Park should be open later.
