very good one day experience in Vancouver
Very clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again despite the somewhat loud air conditioner. The location was great as well

Exceptional 10.0
Basic, well styled, clean and welcoming.
Great stay with friendly/warm staff and thoughtful precautions around Covid protocol, including passage doors propped open to reduced hand contact and distributing towels and coffee/tea consumables, more for the guests piece of mind that nothing had been handle by a prior guest. Location is central and parking was easy. Building is retro, but renovated with style. If I could get the same pricing in the future, The Burrard would be our go to Downtown Vancouver stay.
Troy, ca1 night trip
Exceptional 10.0
For the price I was very happy. I really liked looking over the courtyard rather then a busy city street. It was bigger then I expected (a previous review said how tiny the rooms were). The paid parking was secure. This location was a lot of fun, close to everything. Very friendly staff. I’d chose this hotel again.

Poor 2.0
Debit/credit cards are necessary to stay here
Even though the ad said it was not necessary to book with a debit/credit card, at the front desk, they wouldn't book without using one. It was insisted that a credit card be used for the security deposit.

Great Choice for reasonable cost in Vancouver
Was there for one night during the shut-down for Covid-19. Amazed and so thankful they were open. Everything very well run and the room and facilities were excellent. Of course service curtailed and no food due to virus risks but we were able to make do with a local Tim Hortons open for take-out food/drink. Fabulous location for a Vancouver visit, an excellent choice in such a very expensive city. A renovated motel made into a very chic modern city getaway.
