What I did like was the 12 out of 10 service provided by the staff member Delphy. Put simply this lady was the most adroit, genuine and friendly person I have encountered in years of business travel. I appreciate that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but in my book this one in a million staff member should be acknowledged.
