Spiffy, updated room
Clean, attractive hotel in a neighborhood just a little outside the main tourist areas of Paris (but steps away from a Metro station that takes you right there). Only caveat was that there was loud construction right below our window. Not the hotel’s fault. We were ok with being woken up a little early, but if you want to sleep in, beware.

Small but comfortable
Small room however still comfortable and clean with everything you need. Location is far from Eiffel Tower and main city centre however still in a great area close to food and close to metro stops. Our window opened out into a tiny courtyard where garbage is stored which was a bit disappointing - we thought we would have a room with a window onto the street but possibly this costs more

My wife and i's first stay in athens. What a lovely apartment it was with beautiful unique original artwork and an eclectic decor. The patio is well shaded and surrounded by vegetation. Although the streets are lively on the weekends it gets very quiet around 11:00 or midnight. The bed was delightful and we barely had any need for air conditioning. The area is fantastic for walking and you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The Wi-Fi was more than adequate, and they even have laundry facilities. For the price it's really hard to beat. And Old hippie types. Staff was wonderful and answered all our questions and took care of all our needs almost like having a concierge. We highly recommend a stay here!
