Europa Park Stay
We did not get any service two days in a row. We had no toilet paper and no cleenex and no clean towels. I went down to the desk three times but no one was there. I also tried calling a couple times and no one picked up the phone. The room was very nice but there was cob webs and it was very dusty. Also there was a big spider hanging in the main room by the window!!

Dormero Adult Hotel at Europa Park Rust
Great hotel spacious room massive bed very clean only 25 minutes walk from main gate of Europa Park. Small family supermarket over the road for odds and sods. Breakfast was good and plentiful. A tip if you're visiting the theme park it's only about 15 or 20 minutes walk but coming back you can exit by monorail through the theme park hotels and it's only 5 minutes.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, eher 3 Sterne
Das Souterrain-Zimmer sowie das zugehörige Bad waren sauber, modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil: Blickdichte Gardinen und Stores waren in derselben Schiene der Gardinenleiste, was zur Folge hatte, dass man das Zimmer nur abdunkeln konnte, wenn man die Stores aus der Schiene nahm; das empfand ich als ziemlich dämlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl entsprach einem 3-Sterne-Hotel

Nettes Personal - uninteressierter Hotelmanager
Das Zimmer hatte uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Leere Bierflasche auf dem Balkon, Zigarettenkippen und Kronenkorken im Mülleimer. Dusche nicht geputzt. Und leider überkaupt kein heißes Wasser am Morgen zum Duschen!! Habe E-Mail an den Manager geschrieben. Bis heute keine Antwort. Leider hatte ich das Zimmer im voraus bezahlt! Wenigstens eine nette Antwort auf meine E-Mail habe ich erwartet. Aber in diesem Fall scheint es den Manager egal zu sein, dass seine Gäste nicht duschen können.
