Unique local touches in a perfect location
Very cute room with some fun local touches. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. I appreciated the free tea/coffee nook in the room. The breakfast was fantastic and kept me going for the rest of the day. The property is right in the heart of the downtown and the condition of the hotel is excellent. I was very happy with my stay. My only feedback was that my room was a bit dark not having much nature light so an additional light would have been great.

Great staff
Hotel accommodated us last minute after a flight cancellation at Heathrow. Staff could not have been more helpful sorting out cot for our baby, directing us to shop to get baby milk, booking return taxi to airport for early morning. We were freezing cold when we arrived at hotel after standing in long taxi queue at Heathrow with our small baby in minus temperatures, so concierge got us heaters to boost temperature in our room
