Pretty hotel, horrible service!!!
Beautiful hotel w horrible service On arrival they greet you at the door and rather than checking in at the reception they take you straight to your room for what they call “fast check in” and instead of letting you unwind and relax they started yelling at us for payment and preaching their rules and regulations. The staff are very poorly trained, they lie and tell you they are looking into things or getting back to you when in reality they couldn’t care less. Good luck calling the receptionist or concierge from your room as you will be on hold forever. God forbid I had an emergency as no one picks up the phone. The hotel is over staffed and everyone is very busy doing nothing. They will say things are we are trying our best, getting back you to you, how can we help you when in reality they go about doing nothing the second you have your back towards them. This hotel is only concerned with how they can get their money out of you. I would suggest staying at a hotel with a major chain like Sheraton or Shangri la . Leela hotel looks very beautiful but there is no hospitality- it’s just on the surface- not genuine . I had a very very stressful stay
