The Kee Resort & Spa, Phuket

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. My friend said he said there a few years before and it was awesome and it was worth the expensive price for Thailand. This hotel was definitely not worth the $150canadian I paid for it. It was a dump. I forgot to take pics, but the ac was rusted and coming out of the wall. The paint was chipped. The view was of a building under construction. Bed was hard and the bathroom was very small. We walked in the room and he instantly said this is nothing like what I stayed in before. We asked the front desk to change us to a different room and they told us they could change us for 1500baht per night. That is an extra $60 Canadian for a hotel in Thailand equal $210 per night. That is ridiculous. The pictures online and the room we got were completely different! Later changed to a different hotel for $50 Canadian a night that was amazing, clean and comfortable beds. DO NOT STAY HERE! Total rip off!!! And we had a sign a paper saying if we brought a guest back to the hotel it would cost an extra 1000baht per night. I thought that was also ridiculous. The only good thing about this hotel was location! Many more better options that are cheaper! I left/lost a bag on the mini bus going to the hotel and the staff was not helpful in tracking my bag. (Still lost). When checking out, my friend ran down to check out while I did the last minute check. Porter did NOT help with my bags. I had carry my bag down the stairs myself.

Checking in was smooth. But was put at the far end of the wing while my friends were towards the front. Staff were good....not very attentive to our needs but enough to get by for tourists. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Location is just a stone's throw from the main drag, Bangla Street, which to some is fantastic. Not the hotel to look for peace and quiet...especially if you're gonna choose Patong beach.

I have to leave a review for this awesome hotel. We checked in and were upgraded for free to a deluxe jacuzzi room. The room was amazing, big spacious and well designed and comfortable. We love this room so much, the nicest place we stayed in Thailand. The neighborhood is most perfect in patong, right next to bangla road for some nightlife and eats. Easy access to the beach and the taxi touts phuket is known for. Staff is excellent, thank you for the wonderful hospitality, highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time!

Amazing! Facilities, service, location were all perfect. The Green Curry was the best we had in Thailand!!

In the heart of Patong, with everything so close by. Rooms were modern and clean, and food was great... don’t get the pizza though.... not the greatest. The pool area was outstanding. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Close to the beach too... just a few blocks away. Great shopping as well! Got two custom suits for the hubby for under $500. :)
