Meh
Staff was a little abrasive during all three of our encounters. Upon arriving early, I was told that in order to check in they’d have to “upgrade” me into one of their nicer rooms for $20+ increase. Kind of held hostage at that point, nowhere to go for 3hrs. And that night the parking lot was pretty empty, didn’t seem to be short on rooms. Felt scammed.

Thief
We were not able to complete this booking and the owner refused to issue a refund, Hotels.com sent them a request for return of funds and Deo Fitil denied it. I also called and asked why he thought he should be allowed to keep it and he just said “ call police “ if you look though the reviews apparently he is known for stealing from people, I didn’t, please don’t make my mistake.

We have a horrible experience with this hotel…they have no plugs for bathtubs so basically u cant have a bath…he asked my husband to go buy one!!! The furnishings are also dumpy….he asked us to not park in front of his hotel for his new guests…he has horrible customer service as well…had some ants in the room because my husband had some bites…owner did not care!
