I booked sea view room but it was different and not sea view When i told them this is not sea view they give me a veary small room with sea view but it was terrible i asked the manager to upgrade the room and pay money he said his hotel is full then i checked out from the hotel losing 2 nights

Location was perfect, walking distance from metro, tram and center of city. Our view across the Bosphorus was simply amazing! The staff including breakfast, cleaning and front desk are kind and thoughtful! We will never forget our stay in this wonderful hotel!

The breakfast view and floor was really nice. However, the standard room and washroom shown in the pictures is not a true picture of the room assigned to us. There was no garden view, the view was blocked by the other building. The washroom was smaller and shower area was different as compared to the one shown while booking.
