    Very good hotel definitely will be staying again, suppose i have to pick out a flaw somewhere so only thing wrong i could find was maybe a lick a piant. But would recommend, very pleased with my stay, gutted i was there 1 night

    Dirty hotel. as we were checking in a lot of load squealing girls in the lift area coming and going. worn carpets and decor. Lifts.not working and if they did they were stop start. Bedroom . No options to open a window. Dirty carpet looks like its nwver been hoovered. Only 1 toilet roll for 3 days asked several times but gave up and bought pur own. Fire alarm going off for 30 minutes and no one came to check on us. When my huaband rang reception and they was not aware that any alarm was going off. Very poor hotel and wouldn't stay again

    One to avoid

    Check in staff seemed pleasant enough. Our room was on the mezzanine floor which meant a trek through the bar/restaurant and then down 2 flights of fire escape stairs. It was overlooking a dirty service yard full of bins which meant that it was very noisy at times. The room was very basic and lacking essentials such as water glasses and hand towels. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work and it’s shade was very dirty. The mattress was very poor. It was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept well, and I have been left with lasting discomfort in my back and hips since our stay. During 1 night we were awoken by some guests arguing and shouting. The towel rails in the bathroom were broken and missing the rail, leaving just the posts behind. Also, the bathroom was so small that whenever we opened the door, the handle hit the shower screen making us rather afraid of breaking it! The tea and coffee making facilities were a joke, just 2 tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee for a three night stay, we ended up going to Tesco to buy coffee. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast available, despite having read on their website before booking that it was available at weekends. Finally, there was no housekeeping service provided at all, our room was not cleaned for the whole duration of our 3 night stay! The only positive is the hotel location! We will not be returning to this hotel again!
