Please spend more time training your staff!
It is obvious that the hotel staff have not received adequate or correct training!
The management of the hotel must tell the staff at the reception desk that it is so rude and unacceptable to record customers’ bank card info without their permission! Your staffs at the reception desk are essentially the face and voice of your company as the guests first interact with them and for this reason, they play an extremely important role in the representation of your hotel. You should devote more time training them!
Also, ask the cleaning staff to check the towels to make sure not to replace the towels with some disgusting and dirty towels! (However one of the staff at the reception desk was kind and professional enough that he brought the new towels himself and apologized)
Overall it's a very nice hotel with poor management and undertrained staff!
