Great hotel in Nairobi
Hotel is beautiful great customer service however, pls be advice that some of the amenities are closed in light of covid. on the good side hotel is empty and very clean. Also pool has no heater therefore super cooled

Staff assistance with some issues we had was outstanding. Our flight didlnt leave until 11:30 on our departure day and because my wife was ill, they comped our room until 8:00pm that night. I couldn't believe it. Very nice service. Visiting in Nairobi is another story. Way too crowded with constant chaos and horrendous traffic.

Everyone from the front desk to the servers in the restaurants to the cleaning staff to the valet/transfer staff are very happy to help and always smiling. A couple of them blatantly asked for positive personal reviews on Trip Advisor, but that’s what the industry has become. The only negative, and it would have been a deal breaker had I known, is the pool is under construction. I specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop pool only to find it closed. The food at Artisan is so so, but there are many restaurants in the area and the concierge is happy to help with booking and transfers. Overall, a really nice place to stay in Nairobi.
