Hotel Marbella, Manzanillo

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Close to shopping restaurants, and gorgeous ocean view. The restaurant is very basic and my evening meal was poor.

late checkout was allowed-very considerate given my situation. i had to wait til my brother arrived the following day and is flight ended up being 2 hrs late. staff insisted to carry heavy bag to my room. showed me what every light switch in my room was for. the view from my room, even the view lying on my mattress was incredible-ocean view!! i am sure i had the best view and the quietest spot as i travelled from taiwan so i was very tired. the restaurant did not attract me. it didnt seem to have healthy choices so the owner directed me to 2 other places that were superb-julios and el colima the restaurant

Wonderful location and great restaurant, we ate almost every meal there! service was outstanding by everyone! Really enjoyed our 2 nights there. Hotel is undergoing renovations which will only make it better! Our AC leaked, but they were very fast in repairing! Comfortable mattress, would definitely stay there again, great value for the price. Nice pools too!

The ocean waves are VERY loud at night and keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. There was hair in my bed upon arrival.

This property's location is ideal, right on the beach and in the middle of all services. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. There is a very good restaurant on property overlooking the ocean. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so friendly. We are already planning our next stay there. Thank you Marbella.

for a budget hotel it was very good.we had a room with a king bed like we requested.and little private balcony with a ocean view. hotel was close to bus route and scotia bank that i deal with in canada. bed was a little hard and had no ice machines,we had to go to restaurant and pay for ice,it should of been free.desk staff knew very little english.for the price it was very good.

The hotel has two or three different buildings. We stayed in the two-story building and we’re on the second floor. Our room you could tell was nicely renovated not a high scale materials but clean and very nice with the smart TV. The only thing that they really need to do is make their Internet better as It fades in and out.

We stayed for three weeks and would go back to this hotel in an instant. The location is as good as you can get, the staff are friendly and competent. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more per night to have a small fridge and a coffee pot in the room.

Everything was excellent. Good check in - friendly staff - very clean - good restaurants - wonderful view.- right on the beach - close to all shopping. We have booked again for October and will be taking friends.. Only complaint is that the beds are hard - not our preference. Otherwise, we really enjoy Marbella and completely recommend the hotel!
