Do not stay in this hotel
I would not stay at the Hotel Pelirocco if you paid me to stay. The welcome was ok and then it went down hill rapid. My room was on the top floor and it was an attic room with slopping celling's in the room and bath room and I hit my head on the celling when I sat on the toilet. The room hadn't seen any maintenance since the 1970s.I stay in many hotels and this is not a hotel , its a bar with rooms. Compared to the hotel I stayed the next night near Portsmouth that was a world better and £3 cheaper and included a breakfast. Ive never stayed any where that charges £12 for a breakfast onto top of the room. I was so very disappointed the photos looked great and must have been photoshopped .I also had to pay £9.50 to park my car overnight. I stay away couple nights a week travelling with job and never had such a bad experience.

Good 6.0
OK!
Very good location, cramped rooms, quirky but strange decor, OK stay for 1 night but wouldn't stay for any longer than that, breakfast expensive for what it is we went somewhere else for that and saved money

Good 6.0
Poor mattress in a sloped room
I love this hotel for its quirkinesses, this visit I booked the bowery room which was more like a weirdly shaped cupboard, As a I I had to sit in the bathyas couldn’t stand and reach the toilet due to slope roof. But worse of all was the knackered mattress which along with the sloping floor meant I fell out of bed three times the first Night, after complaining the manager said the mattress Was only two years old and would only turn it over to improve things, this made a little difference but not satisfying As I was in a big dip in the mattress😡

Hotel Pelirocco- Perfect for the Mocker in You
The Hotel Pelirocco is amazing! It's definitely kooky and just what we were looking for in our trip to Brighton. We were in the Mod Room which was a very nice change of pace from a typical chain hotel. What we liked about the room and hotel: good sized sleeping area, large bathroom, Curly Whirly, fantastic bedside tables, interesting books on mod history in Brighton, great bar downstairs, excellent location, neat wall paper, very nice customer service. There was a bit of outside noise from revelers, but that didn't bother us. We can't wait to visit again and hope it happens sooner rather than later!

Nookie room
Lovely welcoming and service. Very quirky and interesting hotel. We stayed in the Millie room it was clean and tidy. Mattress was a little uncomfortable. I would stay again but maybe in a different room

Fair 4.0
Friendly - But Cramped.
Upon arrival we received a great reception friendly staff who where very helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor, to which you need to climb pretty steep stairs or use the lift (room for 1 - 2 if your both slim ). Now the room i am 5ft 9 and to be fair Snowwhites 7 would find this room a struggle - as expected it was very quirky decor but tired looking - as the room is in what appears to be loft space - showering without banging my head of the ceiling was fun and being unable to stand at the toilet without a contortionist again was not ideal - i did love that they have Rituals Products but thats all i loved about this room as it was cramped and not fit for purpose. The posting of the hotel certainly does not reflect what you get as it portrays a grander and larger looking rooms hotel. Unfortuniatly on my next visit i will not use this hotel again and neither will my friends.
