Slide appointments
The hotel was great and the staff were friendly but I wish we would have been told ahead of booking that you have to book a 30 minute time slot for the limited hours the slide is open. Only those with a time slot are able to use the pool in the evenings.

Sweet slide
The hotel was terrific. Nice rooms, and comfortable. The kids loved the water slide. The trip was almost ruined when on the hotel's website, it showed that the water slide was going to be closed. Which was not covered on hotels.com at all. Thankfully when we arrived, there was a lifeguard and the slide was running. I think I would be ticked to pay this "Resort" fee if the major reason why i went there wasn't available.
