Great location, very friendly and helpful staff
Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was not worth the price. The selection is VERY small. There are also many, many restaurants just downstairs.

Perfect location for the prices
We were so impressed by the hotel the first time that we came back for our last days in Tokyo. The hotel is clean, and staff were really friendly. Both time we came they upgraded our room, and we ended up having a room really big for our needs. The room was really clean, comfortable and well renovated. Breakfast was really fancy at that place with expresso/latte machine, congee and pickles for asian breakfast as well as pastries for western breakfast. Evertything went smooth and perfect, I highly recommend that place!

Easy convenient hotel
Great hotel in a convenient location. Close to two trains and also a little outside of shinjuku which is good. It's also very easy to get to and there are some helpful signs along the way. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay!
Booked this hotel at the last minute. Absolutely adored the room and the hotel. We were given a room on the 21st floor - one of their premium floors - and the panoramic views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. It was too cloudy to see Mt Fuji, but you could see the train lines zipping by below and all the city lights. The room was fairly small, but the wall of windows definitely made me feel less boxed in and was a great way to experience the liveliness of Tokyo in a short period of time. The hotel staff were really terrific. They showed us exactly how to catch the airport limousine from Shinjuku to Narita, and we had a comfortable ride to the airport. Only downside is the breakfast. You can pretty much just get rolls, cornflakes and coffee. Would have been nice to have some boiled eggs and fruit. All in all though, it was a great hotel!

Great Hotel in Shinjuku!
One train stop away from the hustle of Shinjuku's main area. 3 minute walk to the JR chuo Line, and a 5 minute walk to JR Yamanota line. Lots of food in the area near the hotel, However, it is more Korean Fare. The beds are very comfortable for a great nights sleep!! Overall Great stay.
