Friendly and clean
Friendly staff. Family owned and operated. Clean. Good breakfast. Easy to walk to everything. Wish they would have provided ice from the bar versus pushing their own vending machine. Recommend

Recommend this hotel great location and staff
Lovely staff, very welcoming check in and lots of information about the local area which really helped us get around Brugge. Lovely comfy beds, spacious rooms, our bathroom was small but had everything we needed, breakfast was good with plenty to choose from, great location for the Christmas markets and town centre, close to Rail station as well. Would go back and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time here
Very good overall, only thing i would say would improve it would be to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room as it was a bit of a pain being on 3rd floor & having to go to reception for a cuppa.

Peace and quiet
Perfect for my little get away to Bruge. Host are a hard working couple. They are quiet and respect the privacy of their guests...but do initiate conversation with them. They are very helpful when asked. The tale of the Bruge bear is cute, especially his clothes. Breakfast is self serve continental and just right to start the day. Hotel is in a great peaceful location just 5 mins walk to square. 3 places next door to eat, and canal. Take note there is a free transfer bus too and from station located next to gift shop on the little square....I hope to return and will stay here again.

I would go back!
We stayed here for a long weekend in the great City of Brugge. The hotel location is perfect it is realistically a 15 minute walk to the train station but you are no more then a 5-10 minute walk from the most popular areas. For those who are not aware Brugge is a walking/ biking spot. Car travel isn't worth it in the city center areas. For our trip we checked and were greeted with a good summary of the areas. From there we parked our car at the train station for under 4 euro a day and walked back to the hotel through the city. At the conclusion of our trip we took a taxi to our car from the hotel for 7 euro. Our hotel stay was great. The room we had was actually a good size for Europe. Our only complaint was the bed, this complaint is not just for this hotel but decent bedding in Europe is hard to find. This bed was more comfortable (not as stiff) than most but still left us sore by the end of the weekend. Even with the bed we would stay here again! One thing we enjoyed about this hotel was the ability to open the windows all the way up. At night it provided a good temp in the room with the ceiling fan on. There is no AC here so as temps rise be mindful of this. To be more specific of our room #305 it was oddly but awesomely arranged. It basically has a bedroom then a hallway attaching the bedroom from the entry door. Along the hallway there are three separated rooms. Toilet, shower, and tub/sink. For sharing this room was great!

Good 6.0
Low cost, but bare bone service
The location was great, just off the main Market Square of Bruges. The room looked good, with a comfortable bed and good bath facilities. However it was so small we could hardly move once we opened our suitcases on the floor. This led to me injuring my arm on a protrusion from the wall. However, as it was after 8 PM the front desk was closed and there were no services to be had, no help about any late night pharmacy, or getting a bandaid. Also no help making dinner reservations. Overall it was ok, but visitors need to know what to expect and come prepared to fend for themselves.
