Hotel Reine Victoria, St. Moritz
Would totally stay again
Our family of four (kids aged 7.5) stayed at the Reine Victoria for four days in order to ski at St. Moritz. While the hotel was a bit dated, the hotel was spotless and the rooms large and comfortable. The comforters were amazing although the pillows were almost too soft! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the service staff were super diligent and attentive. The ski service that the hotel provides in the basement of the hotel was great as well and super easy as while we brought our kids skis, we only brought our boots and needed to rent skis. The walk to the Signalbahn, the closest lift, was not too bad, although a bit painful the first day when we had to walk all of our skis there -- close ((200 meters) and yet so far. We used the overnight ski storage at the base though so it was easy the next day. The amazing swimming facility across the street, the Hallenbad, was AMAZING and fantastic that it was included as part of our stay as it is almost 50 CHF to get in separately. Finally, the desk staff was great -- I used the express luggage service and when the train service was not great in following up with me regarding the pick up of my luggage, the desk staff made sure to run it down for me. Finally, the great selection of restaurants at their sister hotel, Laudinella was great although it would have been even better had there been more restaurants in the area. Getting up to St. Moritz Dorf was super easy and a 10 minute busride from right in front of the hotel

Wonderful Classis Property
Century old grand property with old world charm. Room was good sized and comfortable. Service was excellent, with a complimentary shuttle to and from the train station. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Located in the new section of the city, with a short walk around the lake to the main part of the city.

First hotel in St. Moritz
We stayed at Reine Victoria for 3 nights. We are on a family vacation and there are 3 adults in our group. We basically had a suite with two bedrooms. Each bedroom had a very comfortable double bed with a firm mattress. The rooms were very clean, however the bathroom was tiny which is alright for three adults but I imagine it would be difficult with children. The employees at the reception were extremely nice and had very helpful recommendations. This is a well run establishment and I believe it was the first hotel built in St. Moritz. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.
