The location is great if you're doing Broadway/Times Sq. The rooms are better suited to a single traveler than a couple. The rooms are VERY small and there's no real privacy. The service was mediocre, most employees were not particularly thrilled to help. We asked for a late check out the morning of day 2 of our 5 days and were told no problem. Day of check out, they hounded us because we didn't check out "on time" (7 different people called or stopped by the room within 10 minutes to push us along - find it hard to believe they'd be THAT busy with checkins on a Monday- the lobby was dead). We won't be back.

Best location, best staff, best hotel
What a wonderful hotel! We picked this hotel because of the central location, but found out it's is the best because of so much more. The staff is incredible. We had 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms for 2 adults, the other for 2 adults and 2 teens. There was an a/c problem with this room but the staff did what they could to rectify. On the last night of our stay, they found another beautiful room to put us up. The breakfast is filling with a variety of choices. We would definitely stay here again!
