Upon arrival it was raining. There was no awning to unload out of the rain. Elevating were having issues. Took about 20 min to get from 4th floor to main floor due to one elevator working, so elevator was full multiple trips down. There was some sort of sewer gas being released into our room starting around midnight every night. No accommodations given, we were told Maintenance was not in. Prices were doubled due to a concert being in town. I was very disappointed in our stay. Also, I found pieces of Candycane under our air conditioning, which indicates not properly cleaned since Christmas.

i enjoyed the stay, no real issues, quick desk service, clean room and quiet. although i ran out of hot water this morning and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. my qr code couldnt be read at exit gate. i would absolutely stay again and recommend the place. those three little issues had no effect on my trip.

Great location for PPG arena events, right next door. Staff handled very high volume check in smoothly and friendly. Walkable to downtown areas and baseball stadium. Clean room, awesome shower pressure, quiet AC, and room (on 4th floor) was quiet for a packed hotel. If ever in Pittsburgh, I’d stay here again for sure.
