Disappointing service and cleanliness
We did not enjoy our stay here. The staff are not very engaging, kind or attentive and require additional training especially at the front desk. We travel a lot so this stood out to us. Smiles and attention missing throughout the stay. At breakfast same thing - people are doing their jobs but it’s obvious they’re not enjoying it. Cleanliness in the room - Also needs improvement. See the pictures, limescale and mold in the bathroom - This hotel has a lot of opportunity to be so much better. I don’t think we’ll be back - service training needed big time. The gym is sad and cramped - a small room with three pieces of equipment to tick the box. Not sure anybody would ever work out there.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was small. The cleaning service went in and changed the towels but did not clean the room or bathroom. We had to ask for more soap because the cleaning service hadn’t refilled the toiletries.
