On the first night, there was bugs in the room, sheets were dirty and stained. Just not a good experience overall. We were moved to another room. The outside of the Hotel looked really good, but the inside was not as good.

Very Good8.0
Our experience was good, the building and the surrounding areas are really accessible speacially if you are going to the American consulate. Everything is accessible by walking you have a mall across the street, a few American restaurants and even a tour bus that pick you and drop you off at the hotel. Is secure and staff is really friendly. Beds are a little bit too small. But breakfast is really worth to stay at Ibis.

Worst staying experience ever
As i walked in my first impression was bad, since they only want the cars park in a certain way. For the posted price with no reservation throughout this page is way to expensive for what it offers. Rooms and bed to small compared to motels and hotels I have stayed in Juarez. AC wasn’t even working, to be honest my stay was unpleasant. For a hotel that is focused on people going to the US consulate, I think besides ripping of the people overcharging for a lousy room they discriminate people that are in need for a place to stay to get their errands or appointment done fast and easy. The cherry on the cake, when i was trying to check out, I have ro wait until the lady at the front desk finished flirting with a guy and stopped texting. If any of the managers from that place is reading, please check your video on 08/17 around 8:50am till 9am. I wont stay there again even if i get a free night.
