Absolutely happy with my room. Beds were so comfortable. Room was peaceful. Was slightly cold due to the season but the heater sorted that. Having a kitchen was great. The state of the room was very clean and a high standard. The only downfall was being so cold and the water in the shower didn’t want to get hot but honestly it was a safe temperature.

When we arrived we were informed that the heating was broken and we had the smallest oil heater in the room as a replcement.We were then given another of the same size.It was pretty useless.We were not offered a discount on the room which we had prepaid and we also discoveted many rooms were in the same situation.
